Talent Acquisition Manager (Part-time also welcome)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruiting information release, interviews, selection, and employment of the positions to be recruited
  • Develop company candidate and talent database for investment management team, by working closely with Recruiters, Job advertisement companies, and other Hiring Managers throughout the entire sourcing and hiring process
  • Manage and develop a solid candidate pipeline via different channels including social media, cold/ warm calling, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools
  • Enhance Company profile through participation in careers fairs, seminars, and marketing activities on social networks
  • Proactively establish contacts with relevant candidates in financial sector
  • Work closely with the company management to develop effective recruitment directions and strategies

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years solid ' recruitment experience, preferably gained in recruitment agencies or financial services sector
  • With extensive resources and able to access high-end financial talents are preferred
  • Familiar with using social media platforms and job boards
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, a good team player, and able to work with frontline and back office.

Administration Assistant (Part-time also welcome)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office services to office, and ensure administration functions are smoothly carrying out in an effective and efficient way
  • Handle the procurement process of all services and office equipment & supplies including negotiation, evaluation, vendor management, etc.
  • Prepare debit note, receipt and also daily administrative services payment
  • Prepare and manage the new hire onboarding process
  • Provide administrative support of any ad hoc duties in the office such as office renovation & relocation, documents delivery, and organizing staff activities, etc
  • Assist to manage Group property projects including relationship maintenance with current tenants, resolve tenants’ issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service
  • Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract new tenants, collect receivable accounts and coordinate with various service providers, etc.
  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by the superior

 

Requirements:

  • DSE or above with minimum 2 years' solid working experience in office administration
  • Experiences in hospitality and real estate industries are highly preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, detailed mind, well-organized, proactive, customer service orientation and able to work under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the company's various operational functions, responsible for middle & back office, finance, operations, technology, human resources, business development.
  • Coordinating with external service providers/partners, including law firms, custodian banks, fund managers, securities firms, company secretaries, compliance consultants, private banks, etc.
  • Manage and be responsible for daily operations and regulatory matters, supervise investment-related operational activities, including compliance supervision, financial performance and profit and loss reporting, capital liquidity management, etc.
  • Coordinate with company accountants to review financial reports, audit, and conduct financial planning and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with legal and investment teams on investment structuring, fund formation, agreements and contract negotiations.
  • Organize and lead corporate talent acquisition, IT and other technology enhancement projects as needed.
  • Other operation duties assigned by the Management.

 

Requirements

  • At least 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the financial/investment industry.
  • Solid and comprehensive COO skills and knowledge, covering investment operations, middle & back office, fund management, and finance, etc.
  • Preference will be given to those who are Responsible Officers, licensed by the Hong Kong SFC for carrying out Type 4 & 9 regulated activities.
  • Strong understanding of global financial markets and investment products.
  • Good knowledge of EAM (external asset management)/wealth management/private banking/family office products are preferred.
  • Familiar with the latest SFC regulatory knowledge related to investment management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Equity Research Analyst (Buyside)

Responsibilities: 

  • Focus on equity research on TMT, AI, EV and other innovative high-tech sectors (mainly on U.S. listed stocks).
  • Build fundamental equity valuation models from scratch.
  • Participate in earnings calls and investor conferences; formulate earnings forecast and valuation judgement for targeted companies.
  • Closely monitor the macro-economic situations and industry trends for covered sectors/companies; prepare industry reports, company updates, and investment memos.
  • Provide investment recommendations and assist in formulating investment strategy and asset allocation.
  • Assist in portfolio management and other various thematic research.

 

 

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years solid experiences in equity research and/or portfolio management, ideally covering stocks in high-tech and innovation sectors; candidates with experience with top investment banks or asset management firms are preferred.
  • Innovative mindset, logical thinking, with strong team spirit, excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of finance and data analysis ability, familiar with Bloomberg and other related financial platforms.
  • Maintains integrity at all times.
  • Can communicate effectively while under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
Portfolio Manager

We're hiring a few portfolio managers to independently manage our proprietary accounts, which consists of a few separate portfolios, including equities, fixed income, forex, commodity, and futures, etc. Experienced PMs with solid track records are welcome to apply.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Independently managing discretionary mandates and generating profit in your book; flexible investment strategies.
  • Be responsible for risk management, P&L monitoring, performance attribution, and scenario analysis of portfolio holding.
  • Update portfolio performance and investment strategies to clients and the management.
  • Implementing portfolio strategy, risk monitoring and mandate compliance.
  • Collaborate with research team and the management to translate research insights into investment decisions.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience/record of successful trading and P&L generation on the sell-side or buy-side is a MUST.
  • University degree in Math, Science, Finance, or Economics
  • Clearly defined scalable strategy and investment process.
  • Maintains integrity at all times.
  • Can communicate effectively while under pressure.
  • Strong risk management skills.
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English.

Investment Director (EAM)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for making investment decisions and risk management for company's EAM team, investment products including but not limited to stocks, funds, fixed income, structured products, etc.
  • Maintain close cooperation with external asset management (EAM) private banking partners, provide EAM clients with asset allocation and investment advice, risk management, and mandate compliance
  • Lead EAM team to develop and implement wealth management strategies, to strengthen existing client relationships, and expanding company AUM
  • Work closely with relationship managers to deliver investment ideas and update investment strategies to current and potential clients regularly
  • Create appropriate marketing strategies to generate revenue growth and help to acquire new customers
  • Coordinate with internal investment departments to update company investment products, assist the Management in formulating the company's business strategy

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background in finance, economics, or investment
  • Familiar with EAM services, solid knowledge of private banking investment and wealth management products, highly experienced in investment and wealth management for HNWI or UHNWI
  • Must have a solid track record of successful investment management or investment decision-making experience (5+ years)
  • Good communication and coordination ability, detail-oriented, good team spirit, multitasking, able to work independently
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin is a must), and English, both written and spoken
  • SFC RO license (Type 4 & 9) is a plus
Senior Relationship Manager (EAM/Family Office Platform)

Job Responsibilities

  • Acquire new HNW/UHNW clients and solicit business opportunities to expand firm’s AUM
  • Identify clients needs, develop proper investment strategies and take lead in active management of current HNW/UHNW clients
  • Working closely with our EAM partners, including private banks, brokers, insurance firms, and other private wealth management service providers, to provide clients with professional diversified asset allocation strategies and global wealth management services
  • Develop proper marketing strategies designed to generate revenue growth and to expand clientele base
  • Promote long term client relationships and enhance the company's value proposition

 

 

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in relationship management within the private banking or wealth management sector
  • Established client base with existing transferrable AUM is a MUST
  • Strong acquisition and selling skills and solid track record in developing relationships with customers
  • Solid track record in asset development, asset growth and revenue generation
  • Strong client service and problem-solving mentality
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
