• Acquire new HNW/UHNW clients and solicit business opportunities to expand firm’s AUM
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, lifestyle needs, and legacy aspirations
• Represent the firm at industry events, networking functions, and private gatherings to expand client base
• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to expand the client base and generate sustainable revenue growth
• Collaborate closely with strategic partners, including private banks, brokers, insurance firms, and other wealth management service providers—to deliver comprehensive, diversified, and professional asset allocation and global wealth management solutions
• Foster long-term client relationships and continuously enhance the firm’s value proposition

Qualifications

• Proven track record in acquiring and managing HNWI clients, preferably within a private bank, wealth management firm, or family office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach
• Deep understanding of financial products, estate planning, and multi-generational wealth strategies
• Existing network of HNWIs or access to relevant circles is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) a plus
• Discretion, integrity, and client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills and service orientation
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)

We’re hiring for Portfolio Managers to manage Group’s proprietary accounts, which primarily invest across a broad array of global assets including U.S. equities, bonds, and commodities. Outstanding PMs with solid track records are welcome to apply.

Experienced money managers who are accomplished in fund of funds (FoF) are also welcomed.

Responsibilities:

• Independently managing discretionary mandates and generating profit in your book; flexible investment strategies.
• Be responsible for risk management, P&L monitoring, performance attribution, and scenario analysis of portfolio holding.
• Implementing portfolio strategy, risk monitoring and mandate compliance.
• Supervise investment analysts and collaborate with the Management to translate research insights into investment decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience/record of successful trading and P&L generation on the sell-side or buy-side is a MUST.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Investment Analyst specializing in blockchain and cryptocurrency. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital asset markets, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies such as stablecoins, tokenized securities, and real-world asset (RWA) protocols. This role involves deep research, market monitoring, and strategic support for our investment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and leading industry players
• Track global trends, regulatory updates, and technological developments
• Prepare detailed investment reports and memos for internal decision-making
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in both primary and secondary markets
• Support portfolio construction and risk management, including real-time monitoring of crypto price movements
• Ensure compliance with virtual asset regulations and assist in the company’s license application process
• Participate in industry seminars and internal investment meetings, sharing insights with senior management

 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in blockchain or crypto-related investment analysis or industry research
• Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, token economics, and digital asset markets
• Excellent quantitative analysis and data interpretation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• Passionate about blockchain innovation, with strong logical thinking and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Prior experience in blockchain investment research is highly preferred

Responsibilities: 

• Focus on equity research on TMT, AI, EV and other innovative high-tech sectors (mainly on U.S. listed stocks).  
• Build fundamental equity valuation models from scratch.
• Participate in earnings calls and investor conferences; formulate earnings forecast and valuation judgement for targeted companies.
• Closely monitor the macro-economic situations and industry trends for covered sectors/companies; prepare industry reports, company updates, and investment memos.
• Provide investment recommendations and assist in formulating investment strategy and asset allocation.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years solid experiences in equity research and/or portfolio management, ideally covering stocks in high-tech and innovation sectors; candidates with experience with top investment banks or asset management firms are preferred.
• Innovative mindset, logical thinking, with strong team spirit, excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of finance and data analysis ability, familiar with Bloomberg and other related financial platforms.
• Maintains integrity at all times.
• Can communicate effectively while under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
